The 4G and 3G network band is almost same, only a little difference that’s why you can use 4G Sim in 3G supported device. Just we change the network bandwidth from manufacturer setting so that it can support 4G network as well.

Method #1:

How to use Reliance Jio 4G SIM in 3G mobile phones

Step #1-

First of all turn off your 3G mobile device and restart again with Jio 4G in it.

Step #2-

Once you are done with step #1, now open your dialer and type this number *#*#4636#*#.

Step #3-

As soon as you type # in last, a popup window will open in your device with few developer information, now click on phone/device information option.

Step #4-

Now you will get an option which contains default mode as GSM/WCDMA or 2G/3G, now click over there and choose 4G as default setting.

Fine! Your 3G phone is ready to use for 4G SIM.

Step #5-

Now go to network setting and choose network selection mode.

Step #6-

Click on manual search option and wait for few seconds, you will get a 4G network available with Jio 4G name, click on that to register and enjoy Reliance Jio 4G SIM in 3G mobile phone.

Note- If your device is unable to search for 4G network, just restart your phone and try again.

 

Method #2:

Trick to use Reliance Jio 4G SIM in 3G phones

Are you gone through above process? Still unable to use Jio 4G Sim in 3G phone? No problem, I have another trick to use Reliance Jio 4G SIM card in 3G mobile phones. Read this article precisely so that you can understand in better way.

Step #1-

First of all, enable your existing internet connection open Google play store.

Step #2-

Search for “Xorware 2G/3G/4G Switcher” and “Xorware 2G/3G/4G Interface App” and download these both apps.

Step #3-

Once both of these apps are installed on your device, go back to menu option.

Step #4-

Now click on “Xorware 2G/3G/4G Interface” app and open the setting. You will find the options of 3G and 4G, choose 4G as default setting.

Step #5-

Now open other app and switch it to 4G mode.

Step #6-

Now go to setting option in your phone and go to network selection.

Step #7-

Choose for manual search and wait for few seconds, a window will pop up with Jio 4G.

Step #8-

Click to register on Jio 4G network and enjoy free 4G internet in 3G mobile device.

Note: If you will not find any 4G network, then please restart your phone and retry on other area.
